Doctor was over an hour late for the appointment and the receptionists simply didn't care as it wasn't their problem.

I would like to praise Mrs K Mcavoy- Practice nurse, she was lovely, friendly, professional,everything a good nurse should be! and put me at ease for my procedure!
I hope to see her in the future if u need to use the surgery again. :)

Sometimes you can not get an appointment but a doctor will phone you back on the same day and decide if you need an appointment on that date or not. Very good initiative which is working well.

In this practice I found the staff extremely helpful and always pleasant. When I have rang for my prescription, the staff always ensure it get it.

Sometimes we have to spend time waiting. Although it is compensated by the time given by the doctor when seen. Cannot complain about our treatment.
